These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website, the submission of inquiries and the engagement of Local Local services. Before engaging, the person receives sufficient information about the chosen stage, its scope, format, deliverables, estimated timelines, price and payment method.
The engagement is complete when the person accepts the specific proposal and makes the payment or completes the confirmation procedure set out in it. Completing a form, sending an inquiry or holding a preliminary conversation does not create an obligation to engage.
If a specific proposal sets out particular conditions for a service, those conditions prevail for that engagement.
Local Local helps to assess, organize and carry out projects in Tandil through local information, professional judgment, planning and a network of selected professionals and providers. Its role is to organize variables, identify risks, compare alternatives and coordinate interventions so that each person can decide with greater clarity.
Local Local does not remove the responsibility to decide, nor does it replace the intervention of professionals who must act according to the nature of each matter. It does not represent any specific property and does not aim to automatically close a transaction.

Prices published on the website correspond to the scope indicated there and may be updated for future engagements. The client pays the amount communicated and accepts it before confirming. Expenses, taxes, transfers, fees and third-party services are not included unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.
Local Local offers an exclusive commercial guarantee for the initial assessment. If, within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the document, the person considers that it did not provide clarity, relevant information or a useful roadmap, they may request a full refund of the amount paid for that stage.
The request must be sent to bernardo@locallocal.net within that period and must specify the reasons for the disagreement. This guarantee does not apply to the other stages and is in addition to, without replacing or limiting, the rights recognized by applicable law.

Timelines may be adjusted when information is missing, when the project conditions change or when they depend on third parties. Rules on cancellation or rescheduling of meetings, visits or in-person activities are set out in the specific proposal.
Local Local selects professionals and providers based on their track record, experience, references, work standards, responsiveness, integrity and personal approach. Each introduction is made for a specific need; it does not consist of handing over a general list of contacts.
Unless stated otherwise, professionals and providers in the network act independently and are engaged directly by the client. Each one is responsible for their quote, documentation, work, timelines and obligations. Local Local is responsible for its own selection and coordination criteria within the agreed scope, but does not guarantee the performance or outcome of services carried out by third parties.
The client may propose professionals outside the network. Reviewing their background, documentation or proposal is an additional task when it is not included in the agreed scope.
The comprehensive review is carried out on the documentation, information and background available within the agreed scope. Its purpose is to identify risks, inconsistencies, missing information and safeguards to consider before deciding. It is not an absolute certification of the transaction and does not replace studies, reports, valuations, surveys, verifications or technical certifications that must be issued by licensed professionals.
Any legal, notarial, technical, accounting, tax or other specialized intervention must be expressly included in the proposal or contracted separately with the corresponding professional.
Local Local does not guarantee obtaining a property, a school place, a loan, a permit, a license, a return on investment, acceptance of an offer or any outcome that depends on the market, authorities, institutions, owners, professionals, providers or other external circumstances.
It does commit to providing the contracted service professionally, with documentation and confidentiality; to communicating the risks it identifies; to explaining the basis of its recommendations; and to accompanying the client until the contracted stage is closed. The decision to proceed, renegotiate, suspend or discard an alternative always rests with the client.
Personal, family, professional, financial and strategic information is handled with a principle of minimum exposure. It is not shared with members of the network without the client's knowledge and prior authorization, except where required by law. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website.
After arriving in Tandil, the client keeps access to Local Local for general inquiries, requests for recommendations and introductions to trusted people or services. This access has no expiry date and is included for those who have completed the contracted journey.
Integration does not amount to permanent availability, ongoing management or unlimited professional services. Audits, procedures, coordination, advisory work or new projects that go beyond a general inquiry or introduction are quoted separately.
Assessments, roadmaps, reports and other deliverables are intended for the personal or internal use of the client for the project analyzed. They may not be published, resold or used commercially for third parties without authorization. The texts, visual identity, methodology and general content of the website belong to Local Local or are used with authorization.
Local Local endeavors to keep the information on the website up to date, although prices, availability, regulations, services and third-party data may change. Communications related to an engagement may be sent to the email address or phone number provided by the client. The client is responsible for keeping those details up to date.
Local Local may update these Terms and Conditions for future engagements. The current version shows its update date. Amendments do not alter the specific conditions already accepted for a stage in progress, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires it.
The laws of the Argentine Republic apply. Any dispute will be submitted to the mechanisms and competent authorities under the applicable rules, without limiting consumer rights or imposing a jurisdiction other than the one that legally applies.

Project information is not distributed automatically among members of the network. Before activating any contact, we agree on what information will be shared, with whom and for what purpose. Each third party receives only what is necessary for their role.
Your payment capacity and maximum budget are kept confidential and are not communicated to owners, intermediaries, providers or professionals, unless you specifically authorize it or a particular communication is essential for an agreed task.

That is why, at Local Local, we work on a principle of minimum exposure: information is opened gradually, only when it is needed and always for a specific purpose.
Authorizing an introduction does not mean making the project generally known. Authorization is limited to the agreed contact, information and purpose. If a new stage requires opening other data or adding another person, we will discuss it beforehand.
Confidentiality is maintained throughout the process and continues after the contracted stage ends. It may only be lifted with your authorization, under a legal obligation, a valid request from a competent authority, or the need to exercise or defend rights.
Discretion is not a formality: it is a tool to protect your decisions, your timing and your negotiating power.
Local Local supports people, families, professionals, investors and companies that are evaluating, organizing or carrying out a project in Tandil. The service brings together local information, planning, professional judgment and coordination of a selected network. It is delivered in stages so that each decision prepares the next and the client keeps control of the process.
Format: 100% remote.
We begin with a personalized video interview of approximately forty-five (45) minutes to understand the current situation, needs, priorities, timelines and decisions already made. We then analyze the project as a whole and identify what is already defined, what still needs to be resolved, which risks deserve attention and which alternatives may fit the client's reality.

Using the roadmap as our starting point, before the visit we design a personalized itinerary to see, compare and assess in Tandil the alternatives identified during the assessment. Price: quoted individually based on the type, scope and complexity of the transaction. The fee is confirmed and agreed before work begins.

Independent professionals and providers are engaged directly and are responsible for their own services. Local Local is responsible for the work and coordination it expressly undertakes, but not for outcomes that depend on the market, authorities, institutions or third parties.
